1) retrieves orders from marketplaces that have placed the order(s), e.g. Fnac, Darty, Intermarché etc,

2) send them to Octopia for shipment;

3) retrieve Octopia’s response, once the item has been shipped,

4) and confirms it to the original marketplace with the tracking number.

What is multi-site FBA management?

Multi-site FBA management is a feature that allows sellers to retrieve their orders from different marketplaces and have them shipped automatically by Amazon without any intervention on their part. Orders are sent to Amazon, Amazon’s response is retrieved, and the order is then confirmed to the original marketplace with Amazon’s tracking number.
